Katrina Flores, LPC
Katrina attended the University of Texas at San Antonio earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Texas Wesleyan University earning a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. She has been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2016 working in foster care, nursing homes and private practice.
Katrina incorporates a holistic approach to her counseling sessions and aims to help her clients find personal empowerment to bring balance back into their lives. She understands that in life, there are seasons of change and uncontrollable events that can leave us feeling unbalanced and unsure of ourselves and the world around us. Through discussion, body and movement, meditation, exploration of feelings and practicing coping skills and stress management techniques, she will work with you to help you start living your best life. Lisa "Lalo" Rivera, MA, LPC
Lisa (or "Lalo" as she is commonly known) graduated in 2010 with a Master’s degree in Counseling and a concentration in Body Psychotherapy from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. Additionally, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio.
In her work with clients, one of Lalo’s biggest intentions is to support people who feel stuck and assist them in reconnecting with hope and new possibilities in their lives. She is passionate about helping people who long to feel more connected to themselves and others but who find themselves caught up in unhealthy thought or behavior patterns. She also enjoys working with people who feel plagued by past hurts they have difficulty letting go of.
As a body-centered psychotherapist, Lalo believes in the wisdom of the body as a source of vital information and as a portal for transformation and healing. In addition to utilizing mind-body approaches in her work with clients, Lalo also integrates experiential therapies which include art, psycho-drama, and therapeutic writing.
Lalo's treatment areas include working with men who struggle with emotional disconnection and individuals who have a history of trauma or PTSD either from a distressing event(s) such as childhood abuse, infidelity, sexual violence, or a loss of some kind.
Lalo is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), an evidenced-based treatment approach that supports individuals in resolving trauma as well as moving past events which have historically felt impossible to forget or let go of.

Desirae Ysasi, LPC-S
Desirae attended the University of Texas at San Antonio, first earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and then a Master of Arts in Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a board-approved Supervisor for LPC-Interns. She has been licensed since 2006 and has worked in private practice since 2009.
Desirae is a compassionate and energetic therapist whose primary goal is to help her clients maximize their potential in life. She understands that you want to feel better.
